By using the least amount of effort in order to produce the least amount of letters, you are instructing your brain that it is "okay" to do as little as possible. Wealth is about doing the right things in the right way. The way you write as well as speak has a direct impact on your ability to create wealth. In short: Shortcuts don't work, and won't work for creating wealth.

Not having any money is okay. Not making any effort to change this situation is not okay.
There are a few ways in which you can earn more money.
The secret is that earning more is not necessarily related to asking for a raise.
The first way to earn more money is to become more valuable. You become more valuable by investing in yourself. You have to educate yourself. You have to become better skilled and better equipped - and you cannot expect that someone else has to give it to you. You have to do it for yourself.
The second way to earn more money is to create passive income. You can sell a product, own a stock portfolio, buy a property to rent out, or invest in a business. But don't be fooled:

The reason you remain poor is because you have done the wrong things, in the wrong way for the right reason. Great intentions don't make you wealthy - great approaches do.
You have to do the right things in the right way: You first have to learn the 7 steps to financial freedom, and then how and to pay yourself first. Naturally, there are a few more things to do, and I will write articles for them also, but these two mentioned articles will get your mindset right to begin the process of creating wealth.
What you are actually asking is: "How the heck can I become wealthy if I don't make it financially as it is!" There are a couple of reasons for this:
Secret: If you don't believe that you can make a change - you are right. If you do believe that you can make a change - you are right also!
Your mind operates on being right, so you have to convince it that what you want to do is possible. First, you have to change what you believe to be possible. If you do not believe it is possible, your mind will prioritize your actions under "not possible, and thus not do-able." You can also read why beliefs are important for creating wealth.
Second, you have to have a good reason to want to change your financial situation.
Secret: If it is not important to you, you will not even attempt to change your situation.
The way that you make things important is by identifying your values.
Secret: Your values are your reasons.
Once you are convinced that you can do this, and have a reason why you want to do this, you can start by:
a) Reducing your expenses, and/or
b) Increasing your value, and/or
c) Increasing your income.
